How to make it
1. DIRECTIONS
1)      Make pound cake: Preheat oven to 325°. Butter a 9"-by-5"-inch loaf pan. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, oats, salt, and baking powder.
2)      In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the butter and sugar until very pale and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Beat in vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well between each addition. Add half the flour mixture, beat until just combined. Add sour cream and remaining flour mixture, beat until just combined. Stir in ½ of the chocolate chips, the peanut butter chips, potato chips, and pretzels.
3)      Scrape batter into prepared pan and smooth top with a spatula. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean and top is golden, about 70 to 80 minutes. Let cool completely.
4)      Make chocolate topping: In a medium microwave safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and heavy cream. Microwave until melted. Stir to combine. Drizzle on top of pound cake and sprinkle cake with more oats, peanut butter chips, potato chips, and mini pretzels.
5)      Let set in refrigerator, about 20 minutes, before slicing.
2. DIRECTIONS
-          MAKE DASHI (STOCK)
1)      In a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring chicken broth to a bare simmer. Remove from heat and let cool 2 minutes. Add in shiitake and kombu and let steep 5 minutes. Then, add in bonito and let steep 5 more minutes. Strain and save solids for nitamago process and serving.
2)      Store dashi chilled, up to 1 week.
-          MAKE TARE AND CHASHU (MARINADE AND PORK)
1)      In a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring all ingredients except pork to a low simmer and reduce heat to low.
2)      Meanwhile, in another medium pot over medium heat, bring pork and 6 cups water to a low simmer. Drain immediately and gently rinse pork.
3)      Place pork in tare pot and bring to a simmer. Cover and continue to cook on low until tender, turning pork occasionally, about 1 hour 20 minutes.
4)      Let cool for 20 minutes, then strain and reserve liquid for serving. Refrigerate pork and remaining liquid separately. Slice pork before serving, lightly torched, if desired.
-          MAKE NITAMAGO (MARINATED EGGS)
1)      In a medium saucepan over high heat, bring 6 cups water to a rolling boil. Carefully prick rounded bottoms of each egg with a pin. Gently lower eggs into pot with a slotted spoon, then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer eggs for 6 minutes. Drain.
2)      Transfer eggs to an ice bath and let rest for 5 minutes. Thoroughly crack eggshells very gently, knocking one egg against another, then return to ice bath for 10 more minutes. Peel carefully.
3)      Place eggs in a medium bowl and pour reserved chashu-tare liquid over. Weigh down eggs with reserved spent kombu to fully immerse in liquid. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, up to 12 hours.
-          MAKE GARLIC LA-YU (CHILI OIL)
1)      In a small saucepan over the lowest possible heat, simmer garlic in oil until tender and translucent, stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes. Keep the heat level low enough to avoid frying the garlic.
2)      Remove from heat and immediately stir in chili. Let rest 2 minutes, then stir in sesame.
3)      Once completely cool, store refrigerated in a closed container for up to 2 weeks.
-          TO SERVE
1)      In a pot of salted boiling water, cook ramen, stirring with tongs or chopsticks until al dente, about 1 minute. (If using instant ramen, discard seasoning packet and follow packet instructions to cook until al dente.) Drain well.
2)      In a small saucepan over medium heat, warm dashi and shiitake until barely simmering. Cook for 1 minute and remove from heat. Set shiitake aside.
3)      Add dashi, tare, and noodles to serving bowl. Top with chashu, nitamago, shiitake, green onion, a drizzle of la-yu, and nori, if using.
3. DIRECTIONS
1)      Place crushed Werther's on a shallow plate, and caramel on a separate shallow plate. Dip rims first in caramel, and then in crushed Werther's.
2)      In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine water, whole Werther's, and cinnamon sticks. Stir constantly until candies are fully melted. Turn off heat and stir in lemon juice and whiskey.
3)      Ladle into mugs and serve.

Title
1. How To Do Ombre Lips In 2 Minutes
2. How To Apply Nail Polish
3. How to Apply Eyeshadow
Sources
Materials/Ingredients
1. Lip balm, Lip mate/Lipstik
2. Sharp Cotton Stick, Nail Polish Remover, Pre-primer, Base Coat, Nail Polish, Top Coat.
3. Eyeshadow palette, brush makeup,
How to make it
1. The steps is:
·         Put in the Ombre Lip Prep
Applying a generous layer of lip balm as a 10-minute mask. Then, blot the balm away to reveal the base for your gradient look.
·         Line for Ombre Lips
Once you’ve picked your hue, trace it around the edge of the lip line, then fill top and bottom lips.
·         Choose Your Lipstick Shades
Matte lipstick is the best pick for an ombre lip, as satin or gloss lipsticks tend to blend together – not the dream for a two-tone look.
·         Start with the Darkest Lipstick
Apply your darkest shade first, using the tip of the wand to trace the edge of the lip line, then lightly blend pigment inwards with fingertips or a clean, dry cotton bud.
·         Go Light in the Middle
Once your darkest shade has dried, apply the lighter shade to the centre of your lips. Then, use the tip of your finger to blend the liquid lipstick slightly outwards – but not all the way to the edge of lips – so it just overlaps with your darker lipstick. And… you’re done.
2. PREPARING A SHARP COTTON STICK FOR PROFESSIONAL FINISH
1.      File down the end of stick evenly on both sides.
2.      Check regularly to make the end sharp and flat. It should look like a canoe paddle. It doesn’t need to be a corn shape like a pen.
3.      Pick a small fluff of cotton wool with the tip of the stick and roll it in between fingers. You can use this at the end of nail polish application to perfect your nails!
NAIL POLISH APPLICATION
Step 1. Prepare Your Nails
·         Wipe your nails with gauze and nail polish remover to clean.
·         Apply pre-primer on entire nails. This will remove excess moisture and allow the nail polish to last longer.
Step 2. Base Coat
·         Rotate brush in the bottle neck to remove excess base coat as well as make the brush skinny.
·         Using the tip of the brush, apply on the free edge in one swiping motion.
·         Pick base coat for the Nail Plates by adjusting the amount in the bottle neck. Do this in a scraping motion to make the brush flat at the same time.
·         Place the brush close to the cuticle area and push it up to get as close to the cuticle line as you can. Ideally leaving a gap which is only the width of a hair. And then drag the brush towards the free edge.
·         Spread the base coat to the sides.
Step 3. Nail Polish
·         Rotate the nail polish bottle between your hands to mix. Don’t shake it.
·         Rotate brush in the bottle neck to apply on the free edge.
·         Stroke the brush in the bottle neck to make the brush flat, leaving a drop of nail polish on the end of the brush.
·         Place the brush close to the cuticle and push it up to the cuticle line, leaving a gap which is only the width of a hair. And then drag the brush towards the free edge.
·         Spread the polish to the sides.
·         Allow the polish to dry and then apply the second coat in the same way but with more polish and less pressure in the brush, so that the brush won’t dig into the first coat.
·         Wipe away polish smudges with nail polish remover and the Sharp Cotton Stick we made earlier.
Step 4. Top Coat
·         Make the brush skinny by rotating the brush in the bottle neck. And then apply onto the free edge.
·         Pick a generous amount of top coat in the same way as nail polish.
·         Apply onto the nail plate very lightly to avoid digging into nail polish underneath.
·         The method is the same as base coat and nail polish application
·         Allow them to dry completely.
3.
·         Step 1: Prime Your Lid
Always sweep a primer over your lids before applying eyeshadow that you want to stay on all day. .
·         Step 2: Sweep a Neutral Color Over Your Lids
Sweep this color over the entire lid up to the crease. For a more dramatic look, you can go darker, but if you have light skin and eyes, you may be better off with a lighter shade as the dark look can be harsh.
·         Step 3: Blend a Darker Color into Your Crease
For the next step, blend in a darker shade into your crease. Start from the inside of the eye with a thinner line growing thicker as it extends to the outside of the crease. Make sure the lids match and blend, blend, blend.
·         Step 4: Add Highlighter Above the Crease
If you feel your eyes still need more color, you can take the lightest color in your palette and blend it in just above your crease. Try to keep the color off the brow bone (sweep color up to the brow bone) and stick with lighter shades, as dark shades aren't the best option here.
·         Step 5: Press a Light Shade into the Inside Corner of the Eye
To open up eyes, press your pinkie finger into the lightest color of the palette and then press your pinkie into the inside corner of your eye. This is the makeup artist's secret for making eyes appear wider and more awake.
